About Ella

Our Director Ella holds a lifelong affinity for real estate. Her passion was sparked while working in her father’s real estate office after school. After sharpening her skills in Australia’s largest franchised agencies in the following years, Ella opened her own boutique agency at the age of 23 and hasn’t looked back.


She has dedicated her career to matching Sydney-siders to their perfect homes and guiding sellers to garner the best return, always delivering her services and expertise with warmth and elegance.


With extensive experience as a television presenter, Ella is an engaging speaker possessing a collaborative and balanced mindset. Daily to-do lists, exercise and European summer vacations are her secrets to staying motivated and inspired.


Her proudest accomplishments, besides surviving and thriving as a business owner for thirty years, are her three beautiful children.
