Our Director Ella holds a lifelong affinity for real estate. Her passion was sparked while working in her father’s real estate office after school. After sharpening her skills in Australia’s largest franchised agencies in the following years, Ella opened her own boutique agency at the age of 23 and hasn’t looked back.
She has dedicated her career to matching Sydney-siders to their perfect homes and guiding sellers to garner the best return, always delivering her services and expertise with warmth and elegance.
With extensive experience as a television presenter, Ella is an engaging speaker possessing a collaborative and balanced mindset. Daily to-do lists, exercise and European summer vacations are her secrets to staying motivated and inspired.
Her proudest accomplishments, besides surviving and thriving as a business owner for thirty years, are her three beautiful children.

Our General Manager Tom brings extensive experience in executive leadership, growth strategy and workplace culture. Having founded and expanded businesses across international markets, Tom is a natural motivator and skilled communicator.
Tom is firmly planted in Australian soil after arriving from the USA close to thirty years ago. His interest in the Australian real estate market was piqued back then, and he has since come to believe that a house is more than just four walls and a roof- homes are where priceless memories are made. The satisfaction of helping families find their new dream home is a daily motivator for the loving father of three.
